Music License Agreement

This Music License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Yby Potlatch X (“Licensor”) and the purchaser (“Licensee”).

By purchasing and downloading any music track from this website, the Licensee agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide sync license to use the purchased music track (“Track”) in audiovisual productions.

This license allows synchronization of the Track with visual media.

2. Permitted Uses

The Track may be used in, but is not limited to:

Film and cinema productions
Documentaries
Advertising and commercial projects
Online content (websites, social media, streaming platforms)
Art films, installations, exhibitions
Theatre, modern and contemporary dance performances
Corporate, educational, or promotional videos

The Track may be edited for length or timing solely to fit the audiovisual project.

3. Restrictions

The Licensee may not:

Claim ownership or authorship of the Track
Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the Track as a standalone audio file
Use the Track in music libraries, stock platforms, NFTs, or competing licensing services
Use the Track in defamatory, hateful, unlawful, or pornographic content

The Track must always be part of a larger audiovisual work.

4. Ownership and Copyright

All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain the sole property of Yby Potlatch X.

This Agreement grants a license to use the Track — not ownership.

5. Royalties

This license is royalty-free for the Licensee.

No additional sync fees, performance fees, or usage fees are required beyond the original purchase price.

Public performance royalties, where applicable by law, remain with the Licensor.

6. Delivery

The Track is delivered as a high-quality WAV digital download immediately after payment.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

7. No Warranty

The Track is provided “as is.”
Licensor makes no warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Track.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.

10. Acceptance

By purchasing and downloading any Track from this website, the Licensee confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Music License Agreement.
